Especially for those who need to try out before buy (that means consider the Bristol Bikefest). We will have a go or two on the course (http://www.betterbybike.info/sites/default/files/attachments/Ashton%20Court%20map%20-%20blue%20and%20red%20routes.jpg)
and have a look at the Timberland trail as well.
Youth Squad welcome.
Meet at the coffee shop: http://g.co/maps/qky7r

I would like to take it.
I have Paul,i am sure we can sort something by Saturday
You know, I have worked on my not giving way skills and the steel elbow.
Sadly i`m on call this weekend so its a no for me.
Hi guys,
When we rode there a few months ago we popped into Leigh Woods, just across the road, and they were finishing off a marked trail there, same material and feel as the Ashton Court one. Some more details here http://www.betterbybike.info/sites/default/files/attachments/Leigh-woods-trail-map.jpg. It is just 2 minutes away so maybe work checking this out. Even if it is not finished there are some trails through Leigh Woods if you follow your nose and it’s not very big so you can’t get lost.
Jason
Sorry to say that i won’t be attending
Hopefully there will be another ride there soon
I’m up for this and will hopefully be bringing Dylan! Yes, its the return of the Crash King
The Crash King!!! Susanne will bring some extra sticking plasters. I will determine emergency exit routes from the park, and the most direct routes by car to the nearest hospitals, in either heavy or light traffic. Or perhaps we should just have a St. Johns ambulance presence? What’s their number I wonder… Or we could just bring lots of spare jackets and winter trousers so if Dylan falls he’ll just bounce safely.
I better stop now before I cause offence. Then again, what’s the air ambulance number?!
I will wear my knee and elbow pads in case I’ve just tempted fate in my direction!
Cheers Jase, i will ring you friday as i am in your location that evening if it is ok to pick up.
All the best Paul.
Yes Paul Friday evening is fine, I will make sure it’s charged as well
Cath and Vicky will be there.
Cheers Jase, your a star ( ring you later)
Think I’ll join you for this. Anyone want picking up?
Matt
Fancy coming along and havent been out for a while, never been to Ashton Court though whats it like?
Kieran, it is an all weather single track, mainly flatish with only slight hills. Ideal for a first ride. There are some cracking switchback sections. This place will leave you grinning for days….see you there?
