Thanks for thinking of us for your Alpine “road” trip, it looks like you are thinking of June so we thought it would be helpful to give you our availability.  If we can tempt you with the end of May, we have a 5 night window Mon 28th May – Sat 2nd June where we can give you a better price.  The usual price for a short week in May is £249 per person and we can offer a discount of 20% on this price for these dates to £200 per person.

Weather permitting, the cols will be open except for the Galibier which does not usually open until the end of the first week in June.   For June we have the first week booked, and have a couple of clubs also looking at June but who have not confirmed dates with us yet, obviously we have to let dates go on a first come first served basis so if you decide on prefered dates let us know asap.  If you are looking at 5 nights rather than 7 nights, Mon to Fri suits us better as going over a weekend dips into two weeks which are then harder to book out.  A short week in June is priced at £349 per person and we can offer a 10% discount on this price to £315 per person.

We may also be able to offer a group discount on top depending on numbers, perhaps a further 10% on a group of 8 + which take the June price down to approx £283 per person.

Prices include accommodation at our base in Bourg d’Oisans on a bed and breakfast basis in shared rooms, guided rides with Phil are provided free of charge and he can put together a schedule of rides covering any particular routes you want to include.  He can also provide route advice on other routes for unsupported riders and include some routes which include shorter options so you can spend some time riding together.

We can also arrange a multibase trips to include Ventoux for example at an additional cost.

We also have a number of road bikes available for hire and would be happy to offer a 10% discount on hire also.  Our current range can be found online at http://www.enjoyoisans.com/ehire.asp and it is likely that we will have added a couple more by next summer.

All discounts are applied manually after payment of deposits has been made.
