These rides are open to all, from beginner to advanced. The pace is relaxed and the emphasis is on fun and getting fit.

My father is here, therefore I will miss this one.

Hopefully be there, got shot in the knee paintballing on Sunday and could hardly walk yesterday, so all being well I will see you later.
I can’t make this ride sadly.
This ride will need a ride leader to go ahead so can somebody step up to the mark and lead the ride.
I’m coming so I’m happy to lead, i know enough of the route now.
