update, I have a lovely bruise from where the handle tried to “make love” to my left side and my left shoulder is sore…

great bit of action Jase but seriously guy’s take it easy we don’t want anymore injuries mine has been bad enough from something just as simple and it’s a real downer knowing everyone is out on the tracks and your on a turbo.splint number 3 may come of next week i now have feeling in damaged finger and side of hand.

Hi Jase. No date as yet but I have to go the physio on the 20th Jan should be good news then, Riding touring bike to work now the ice/snow has gone.
